I stumbled upon this article as i'm a lot into baking be it breads, cakes, pies etc. and i was looking for answers to how it affects the final product. Do cakes, breads and crispy things like pie and tsrts come out better in OTG? I have an LG 30 ltr MW and have been baking in that fr 2 yrs now. Plz suggest im desperate to know and have been looking for buying an OTG too. Is that advisable or a microwave is good enough. The Avid baker girlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07437570781654494050noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3390649073617163124.post-8511222572364535232016-03-23T09:45:36.174+05:302016-03-23T09:45:36.174+05:30Thank you, it is very helpfulThank you, it is very helpfulAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3390649073617163124.post-2431292180768430642015-12-18T22:19:59.996+05:302015-12-18T22:19:59.996+05:30Very helpful and detailed post 👍👌

As you said, the size of the oven can be a limitation only if one does a lot of heavy duty and/or large scale baking.

Do you have any comments on the high and low stands/racks that come with the convection MW for baking versus grilling purposes? I find them very flimsy and was wondering if there's a better option?

Second, would you say it matters if the turntable is unable to rotate while baking, e.g., when using large and rectangular baking containers? Many of my larger baking trays are lying unused for
this very reason.

Thanks,
ManjuManjunoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3390649073617163124.post-19163631685948117272015-10-07T09:06:22.745+05:302015-10-07T09:06:22.745+05:30very helpful post!!! appreciate your research..very helpful post!!! appreciate your research..Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07267993711391020638noreply@blogger.com
