Help me Find These Ingredients

Carragenan
Tylo Powder
Piping Gel
Samosa Pattis
Filo sheets
Chocolate chips which can withstand heat.

    I assume you are referring to puff pastry sheets when you say Filo sheets.

    Filo sheets are not available here off the shelf... I hunted a few days and found none!! If you do find a store that stocks them, let me know.

    Having said that, I must say that it is a lot better to make your own. It takes a little effort & a some time too, but worth the effort!! :)

    I made my own & they were rather good. Will post recipe soon!

    Hi Suma,

    I don't have any idea where to get the ingredients in Bangalore, but instead of Tylo i guess u can use CMC powder. I guess its available in Nilgiris Brigade. Long back i had bought it to be used in making ice cream. It is used as stabilizer. I looked for its info and some say that it can be used in place of Tylo. Hope this helps. I am guessing u want it to use in making gum paste/ sugar paste. Do let me know how it worked out for u.Hope this helps.

    i got gum trag at ibca yesterday. they had just a few gms. call before going to purchase, to know if they have stock.

    Help me out pls. do you have any idea where to get hard candy molds or silicone to cast my own molds.
